Covid 19 Service Safety
Respecting government guidelines and the safety of our customers and service technicians, our workplace is following safe practices. Please take a moment to read the points set out below.
All soft furnishings and personal items should be removed from the leisure vehicle prior to service date.
Upon our arrival at the leisure vehicle location, or your arrival at our workshop, a UV key box will be provided for you, our customers, in which you will be asked to place your keys for sterilisation.
All internal & external surfaces we are likely to come in to contact with, will be sterilised using Steri 7 Vehicle sanitiser.
We will be respecting all social distancing guidelines and would ask all our customers to do the same. We would expect customers not to enter the leisure vehicle during the period of service or repair. Any contact during a service or repair will need to be at a social distance of 2 metres from the leisure vehicle, the service technician or the service technicians vehicle.
We will also expect customers not to enter the vehicle for a period, before, and after a service or repair.
We will carry out sterilising of your vehicle which takes around 10 minutes before any work commences. The steriliser used forms a reactive barrier and goes on working after it dries, leaving a protective film for up to a week.
Regular hand sanitising will be carried out during the course of any service or repair and keys will be UV sterilised upon completion before handing back to the you, the customer.
We ask that any concerns about your vehicle or safety be discussed by phone or email prior to booking date. We are here to help so please just ask!
Service documents & invoicing will be electronic and payments can be made by card direct from your invoice. Paper documents can be produced and mailed upon request.
After the recent government announcements, we have been extremely busy taking bookings by phone, email and messenger chat. Please consider making a booking as soon as you can as we don’t expect to have any ‘wiggle room’ for call outs during the coming months.
