Daily Covid 19 Update
Due to the current situation with the Covid 19 pandemic, Kenfig Caravan Centre & Caravan Mobile Services made the decision to temporarily close both our workshop and mobile service vehicle.
We took this decision based on government guidance to protect our customers and staff, and to help prevent spreading the virus.
We are keeping a close watch on latest information releases from our government & business Wales so that we can keep you updated daily.
In the meantime, we have implemented a risk assessment to help protect you, our customers, and our staff. This risk assessment highlights the possibilities of risk and safety procedures to minimize risk to all parties.
When we can return to our normal daily routine, our working day is going to be much different. We will be using an atomiser to effectively sanitise the vehicle interior and surfaces we may come in to contact with. We will also be sanitising exterior parts of the vehicle we come in to contact with. In addition, we will be using a UV key box to sterilise customers keys before and after a service or repair.
We would also expect both parties to respect the social distancing guidelines and keep a minimum distance of two metres away from the leisure vehicle, service technician’s vehicle and the service technician. We will also expect customers not to enter the vehicle for a period, before, during and after a service or repair.
Vehicle interior sanitising lasts for up to 7 days. We will also use rubber gloves and continue with regular hand sanitising during the process.
We are still taking bookings for services and repairs which are being placed in a queuing system in anticipation of the easing of restrictions.
